How to calculate Paypal shipping?

I'm gearing up to sell more things and would like to know exact postage, like for doing FFS or barely over shipping. I have scale that measures to the hundredth of an ounce. How do I do Paypal shipping labels like I see on packages I have received? Do I need to upgrade membership? Do I need to know the zip code first?

So far, I've weighed the package, and then gone on usps.com to see what the price is for that weigh First Class. Then looked up the price for Delivery Confirmation: $.70-$.80, which do I use?? Not that a dime makes that much difference, but I want to get it right, not overcharge for FFS and not underpay so that I don't get the DC service or proper delivery.

TIA!

Re: How to calculate Paypal shipping?

DC is .19 cents for first class, free for priority through paypal.

Re: How to calculate Paypal shipping?

Wow that's much better! Thanks for the super-fast reply too. How do I do the Paypal shipping label? I found the Paypal Help that shows how to do it once the item's paid for, but how do I find out what it would be before there's a payment? This is for a 4.35-ounce polymailer, with Delivery Confirmation.
