Re: What is your choice of formula?

DS is on goodstart gentle plus. We started off with earths best organic but he couldn't tolerate the reg formula. This was the first one we tried because it has no corn syrup and thankfully he tolerates it well. I wish some off brands had gentle formula with no corn syrup.

Re: What is your choice of formula?

We used Similac Sensitive until I was on WIC and then we had Enfamil Gentlease. My son had major spit-up problems for what seemed like forever, and was really fussy.

We kept trying to switch his formula. The one that seemed to work 'better' was the Nutramigen, but it was really expensive, and smelled SO bad! The life saver for us was the Dr. Brown's bottles. Those made such a big difference. And adding rice cereal to before-nap or before-bed ones really helped. I would have done it more.. but the DR's give you a scolding for that. I found it worked great, though. And my son has the healthiest straightest perfect teeth you've ever seen.

But I did really like Similac, Enfamil, and Good Start.

Re: What is your choice of formula?

We use the Similac Advance. Started using it because that's what every doc & the hospital gave us. Plus, we received numerous cans for free in the mail along with countless $5 off rebate checks. We literally had enough formula to last for a couple months for free! Then we just really liked it. Hopefully our soon to be baby will be able to use it as well.

Re: What is your choice of formula?

DS used mostly Similac Advanced with the occasional Walmart brand one. Always powder. Never had any issues.

The girls, we tried so many different kinds. Alimentum for a few months and then switched to Similac Sensitive which is what works best. Liquid concentrate though, never powder....they cannot handle powder.

Re: What is your choice of formula?

My pediatrician recommended the Walmart/Target brand of Enfamil powder. He said thats what he fed his children. It worked well for a while, but it seemed to constipate him some-hes primarily breastfed. So, we switched to Similac advance-I have a friend who works in health care who gets TONS of free samples of the liquid kind. This was even better than the Enfamil powder and worked GREAT until recently when, as my husband put it "he developed taste buds." Now he refuses any kind of formula-only wants breastmilk. The pediatrician recommended we switch to Nutramigen. Havent tried it yet-that was yesterday. We plan on picking up a can and trying within the next few days-hopefully he will take it :-)

Re: What is your choice of formula?

Sorry, this thing is submitting without me doing so. I use Good Start Protect Plus. It's the only formula my DD will take, as she was EBF until recently. It seems to be a bit cheaper than the other brands too.

Re: What is your choice of formula?

We use Target brand sensitive formula. We add probiotics and DHA to one bottle a day. We use it cause it works well for my DD and bonus is we save money by using a store brand formula!
