Picky toddler foods?

My DS refuses to eat anything but mac and cheese, and jelly sandwiches. Ok, so that is a slight exaggeration, but I feel like that is all he eats. Any suggestions for a picky eater? Must be hand friendly as he doesn't like to use utensils either

We just realized our little guy loves cheese and crackers. It is simple and easy.

david seems to eat just that and hotdogs and chicken nuggets.

The other issue, is that it varies from day to day. Some days he'll eat something new, and then a few days later, he hates it Its driving me crazy!

Well, so far we're just a bunch of moms with picky eatin' kids. I can give you tips on that, but you probably know all there is to know about that already!

My DD who is almost 17 months old, is a picky eater too..
I found that she loves shelled soy beans, blueberries, cheese cubes,
flat bread with hummus rolled up,
also creme cheese and wheat bread..
I make her grilled chicken and cut it up and put a little sauce on it,

Well, i don't have a picky eater but dd is 17 months.
What has worked for us:
grapes and other fruit cut up small
frozen veggies-corn,carrots,peas
2 ritz crackers with cream cheese in the middle
noodles
chicken tenders
1/2 slice of bread
yogurt
slices/cubes of cheese
cereal
waffles
eggs
bagels or bagel bites to go
oatmeal(fed to her)

DS has good day and bad days when it comes to eating
Sometimes even the stand by's don't work. I've heard that taste buds change every 3 weeks so, i offer new foods whenever I can

I haven't tried anything, but its definately worth a shot. Thanks for the list.
