Itty bitty super soaker

DS is 3 weeks and about 6 lbs. He is peeing through everything! I was changing him today, using a prefitted with a flannel type doubler, and as I was snappi-ing it, he peed right through it. My hand was wet. My xs stash consists of prefitteds, Lil' Joeys, fab fitteds, BG bamboo fitteds, and a few other WAHM fitteds of different materials. I use fab doublers and bamboo doublers, but I can't bulk them up too much or they don't fit around the legs. I used a freshly washed and lanolized Aristocrats soaker last night and it was wet on the outside this morning (over a Mutt). He sleeps for 3-4 hour stretches and I'm not waking him just to change him.

Any recommendations? TIA!

Do the best you can, leave the cotton clothing off and then wrap him up in a fleece blanket?

You also might try super-lanolizing your woolie.

What about Tots Bots Tini-Fit? The Easy Fit are amazing, I haven't used the tini-fit myself but am thinking of these for our next LO. They are designed to fit from 5-12 pounds and come with an additional insert.

I have a BSRB Itty Bitty that might work. I'll make you an awesome deal on it since I've had it forever and I can't get rid of it! It's David & Goliath and it's really cute, not stains or smellies. I just want it gone. PM me if interested

Re: Itty bitty super soaker

I suggest getting some inexpensive pocket fitteds (GEM Cloth is a WAHM option) and stuff them w/trifolded infant premium (4x8x4) prefolds. When on, that will be 16 layers of cotton inner.

Another option it to fold your doubler in half and place it in the front, so all the layers are right at the point of action
