My-Gym... anyone take their DC there?
I'm going to take Chloe for a session next week to check it out, hoping it will be something she'll enjoy. Anyone take their kiddos to My Gym? What class do they do and do they like it?

Re: My-Gym... anyone take their DC there?
DD1 is 25 months. She's a Gymster and LOVES it! I like that they let me bring the baby along and don't even mind if she "plays" (as much as a 9 month old can) while DD1 is playing, too. DS went there when he was about the same age, as well. I'm sure that each franchise will be a bit different b/c of teachers personalities, etc.... but our local one rocks! Oh, and being able to take all my kids for "free play" is a huge bonus!

We don't have that one, but I've taken DD to Gymboree. It was OK, but I preferred the toddler activities at our gymnastics school. They also have an "open gym" a couple times a week.

We go to Gymboree, my MIL works there, so dd goes for free..it is fun to watch her learn and play...

Re: My-Gym... anyone take their DC there?
That would be wonderful! My complaint with most structured kids activities is that they are really expensive. I just shelled out $120 for DS1's gymnastics (12 weeks). I was going to register DS2 in parent and tot gym, but I decided that it didn't fit in the budget this time 'round. He went last session, and had a great time!

I've not heard of My Gym but we go to Little Gym (which I'm sure is similar) and dd loves it! But she only get to go to the winter semester b/c it is sooo expensive (~$300/semester...20 weeks)!

We do Little Gym, and I personally think its really hokey, but, hey its for a buncha 2 year olds and she loves it so its worth it. I dont know if Im going to resign her because it is so so so expensive. But, she enjoys it.

Re: My-Gym... anyone take their DC there?
Oh, I know it is pricey... If we did not get the classes for free..we would not be able to afford it in our budget...I am VERY LUCKY in that aspect.
