another charting question....

So i didn't get more than 2 hours of sleep put together last night as my tootie was up a lot.... she ended up sleeping in our bed most of the night which i love but she sleeps terrible so I am always half awake.... i kept thinking I would be able to get an accurate temp eventually but by 7am i still was awake so i took my temp anyway but not sure it's accurate at all... i was wide awake and had been up and down every hour or so.... should I keep it or does it matter after ovulation????

Re: another charting question....

i would def throw that one out. After Ovulation you are more concerned about not heading below the coverline, so throwing out 1 day isn't as huge a deal as when you are trying to pinpoint ovulation.

Re: another charting question....

FF suggests never throwing it out..just mark it as "Sleep Deprived".

Re: another charting question....

I just started charting again and this happens to me a lot as my LO sleeps with us and still night nurses.
I usually use the temp, but make a note of it (like "taken after only 2 hours sleep").

Re: another charting question....

well it wasn't below the coverline and it actually wasn't that drastic of a change now that I charted it haha... I just went ahead and marked it sleep deprived and we will see what happens I guess. Thanks ladies! This whole charting thing is def new waters for me! I appreciate your input!
