If someone is banned are they still able to log on here? Thanks!

They can log in but it will only show them a page stating they are banned.
From what I understand, they can still view the board not logged in and as a lurker.

Thanks...I came across someone who is banned and they were on this morning.

I just figured once you were banned you couldn't even 'lurk'.

I had a thought on this, Does it say banned under their name (where others say registered member) or does it say Banned in the area where mine says admin or in the siggy? If either of the last two, it could be that they had a temp ban put in place and their account was "unbanned" on the set date by the system but admins haven't removed wording from avi/siggy yet?
