Love the color choices!!! I'm new to the whole mama cloth world - haven't actually worked up the nerve to try it yet, but I'm so tempted. I assume they work well for all "flow" types?

They do, I am actually up to 5 absorbencies now and tons of great reviews, even with postpartum. If you wanted to email me to talk that is fine. I also have material and washing info about them on my facebook page (sorry for added info)

Personally, it took me about 4 years to even try them. Wish I hadn't waited so long!

Thanks Kat - I'll definitely check out your FB and see if I can work up the courage to try them. I never thought I'd be washing cloth diapers, so I suppose Mama cloth isn't so far from that. ;-)

Ok, I am pregnant right now and plan to BF... I have never tried these and am kinda disgusted with the thought of it. But I was also disgusted with the thought of cloth diapers until I started researching and found that it wasn't as bad as I was making it out to be. Before I got pregnant I used tampons and panty liners, for extra protection. If you use these and can give me some insight, I would appreciate it.

I love them SOOOOO much. I was die-hard against them! Thought they were gross, didn't know why anyone would want to use them etc. Well I gave in due to my own medical issues and gave them a try. Now really the "grosses" part is the prewash I suggest, I don't think most people do this. And since with disposable products I always seemed to have some spill on to my underwear this is far better than that! The only time I have leakage is if I really abuse the amount of time I go without changing them. There are a lot of reviews on my facebook page, and a lot of people say they forget they are even wearing them.

Since switching I HATE when I've lost a few of mine or fall behind on laundry and am forced to use a disposable. I itch, the sticky tape gets stuck to me and irritates me, and I (and my husband has mentioned this on his own too) can smell blood. He's said the smell has really decreased since I have switched to cloth, and this includes if I have a used one sitting by the sink waiting to be prewashed (TMI)

Feel free to email me if you want to talk.
