I know that these do NOT work for everyone but you could try the Sea Bands. They do work for some. http://www.sea-band.com/why-seaband AND then they have these cute little ones that are more pricey
 http://www.mom4life.com/catalog.php?item=1766 You can find the Sea Bands at any DRUG Store. HTH some They did not work for me but I am thinking of trying the second link ones b/c they have a dial so you can turn the pressure up or down as you need it.
