Why did I not hear of this before?! I did so much research! So DD grabs for foods that's why i started the cereal. Do you think I could do this BLW method? It sounds right up my alley!!

Re: What foods do i start first?

Avocado, Bananas, Pears, and Sweet Potatos were good first ones for us, but we also did tomatos, broccoli and so much more. We did BLW and love it! You could probably start it at any time.

Re: What foods do i start first?

We LOVE BLW. DD's first meal was cucumber and broccoli. Now at 16 months there is nothing she won't eat (except chilled shrimp). Her favorite foods are baked beans and peas. She completely self feeds with fork and spoon. If you're interested I would recommend checking out the following site and read her book.

Re: What foods do i start first?

We did BLW, started with slices of avocado, then banana, and then she went wild and just started eating whatever we were eating. She was 8 months old when she started getting interested in foods.

Do I just give her one food at a time or should I just start right away with giving her what we are eating. She wants food so bad.
