The plant is a beautiful idea.
When I miscarried I didn't see the fetus either, just blobs. I looked, though.
I would have loved to bury him/her.
If you wouldn't mind I would love to see the picture too.

Same here. I miscarried at 6 weeks both times but never saw the fetus when I passed everything. I too would like to see the picture if you don't mind.

I've experienced the exact same thing. However, a pregnancy was never confirmed. I just started bleeding that morning and was doubled over in pain that night. I was in college and didn't want to go to the hospital though at times, I couldn't even walk. I was told by the college nurse that either I had a bad yeast infection or was having a miscarriage. He described what I should see if it was a miscarriage and it was exactly as you described here including the "sliding" feeling. I never felt that pain again until I had my 2nd confirmed pregnancy end in miscarriage.

OP, I am so sorry for your loss. I think burying the embryo in a little garden with pretty flowers was a wonderful idea. And having the plant in your room is no different from having an urn.
