Any V-day plans?

We don't do V-Day. DH is a lucky man.

DH has something up his sleeve, just not sure what yet.

None for us yet. We don't usually do much but we acknowledge it a little. We have a super busy week that week with my sister's wedding the following weekend and our big ultrasound the 16th.

So, as I was putting Ben to bed tonight I noticed a strong smell in the house. It was coming from our heating vents and I couldn't quite place it. Called our neighbor to come over and tell me if I was being crazy. Well we ended up calling our landlord and at 9:15 he comes over with his wife and dad. DH is sleeping in a hotel by his work so I was all alone here. They think it's a motor that blew on the furnace. It still heats but doesn't push the air out of the vents. Of course we have to have heating issues NOW! Oh well, at least they came right out. He's going to call his furnace guy tomorrow and see what we can do. Fun times!

Oh no Krissy! That is scary to have your heat acting up when we are going through all of these snow storms! I hope you can get it fixed asap and continue to stay warm.

i dont know what we are going to do. I am hoping just a quiet date and i might do a tea party for my girls.

We dont celebrate v-day as a couple because our wedding aniversary is a few days before it. not sure if hubby even remembers its coming up. We will probably go out to dinner if I can find a sitter for the girls.

Not sure what we are doing, most likely dinner out.

We are going to a work function this weekend, nice dinner, dancing and entertainment. I am pretty excited about it. He just started this job a few weeks ago and the company is really seeming to be a great one.

We dont have plans....we dont have anyone to babysit. Plus DS is really attached & bed time is shortly dinner. We would be on a super tight time crunch (if we did do anything)....since no one else can get him to sleep but my boobies...LOL!! We'll just do a nice dinner at home as a family. Our BIG plans on V-day is our u/s- YAY!! I cant wait. I really want to know what this baby is. DH and I are finally working on some names.

Krissy thats crappy about the heat! I hope they get it up and working properly ASAP!! We have about 2 inches of ice. This storm didnt drop to much snow for us here...

Krissy- I hope it turns out to be something simple. I had that happen to me last week on our worst day of winter. Crazy blizzard outside. Thankfully I had family come and rescue us so we didn't have to have our snow suits on all day just to stay warm.

V-day no plans. Hubby is having a root canal done that day and he has an exam. So no me time. It doesn't bother me though. Our first V-day together he bought me an entire snowboard set up so I think he is still good for a few years. Oh and last summer I bought myself a horse, so no extra presents for me for a few years. I don't mind, I am loving having a horse, just can't wait for spring!
