Can I make a WAHM Wares thread for this?

I'm helping people to lower their static monthly bills like Internet & phone & TV & the like. It's a service instead of a physical product, done by me out of my home. I know we have graphic design services & photography services & lunar fertility charting services & gender prediction services in WAHM Wares right now. Am I allowed to make a WAHM Wares thread for my service too? Thanks!

I'm doing the legwork & getting their info & comparing & picking the lowest priced equivalent options in their local area & connecting them to the companies that will actually provide the telecom services, yup! I have I guess "sources" where I get my info when I go to find my customer's specific needs, lol, but I'm not signing them up for a discount club or giving them a number to call & join or anything like that.
