What's with all the super long siggy's and huge pictures/names and numerous lines lately? I know they've been around awhile but it just seems like there is alot more recently. Isn't there a 4 line limit and size limit as well?

Yep, 4 lines, 6 images/smilies, and size 3 font. There's also image-size (pixel) limits, but if we're just using what's available on DS already, it's hard to determine. As you can see, I'm one of the "bigger ones" ... I guess because I want to have a degree of anonymity while still showing our peculiar personalities. Chances are that's what all the other mama's are doing ... sorry if that's annoying to you!

No, yours is totally fine...I see those all the time.

We're talking some major ones I've come across lately that are HUGE and I mean take up 3/4 of the post when they respond to a thread.

You can report their post if there's overly obnoxious ones. but remember that on the line rule, it's the lines that the mods see (and site supporters), not the normal lines. The people who don't have the ads on the side have a wider veiw, and therefor fewer lines.

Gotcha! That makes sense but I have come across a few that are really nice but really obnoxious in size!

yeah, I've seen a couple lately, too. Anything bigger than the buttons in mine aren't allowed.

In order to see if someone's signature is over the limit, you have to look at the view in their profile > About Me. It's surprising, some of the huge ones actually are below the limit. And i had one that looked well within the limit on my normal screen, but it was over. It's kind of weird!
