CottonBabies Indian Prefolds?

I'm using mostly prefolds now and need to beef up our stash a bit.

Anyone here use these? Do they compare at all to GMD's?

I'm also curious about the sizing on these. They don't make it clear if the measurements listed are before or AFTER washing.

Re: CottonBabies Indian Prefolds?

I used the infant size and loved them. I don't use pf's much anymore, but do have some of the regulars. I haven't used GMD's, so can't make a comparison.

ETA- My regulars washed are 18x12 1/2 and infants washed are 13x10

They are unwashed measurements. I know our are 12.5 inches long. I'm not sure how wide. I'll look when I get home. Ours are softer than our GMD unbleached yellow edges.

I've used them, and I love them. They're really soft, and work well

I use the infant size ones trifolded in my Flip covers and I love them. Very soft!

I have some premiums and they are huge - really way to big to use on my ds. they are like 19" long and 13" wide. They are very soft and nice though. If you are going for the infants they are prob a great size.

What rise setting are you at and do you have to fold down?

Re: CottonBabies Indian Prefolds?

I have the premiums and I love how soft they are. They are more narrow and longer than my other premium PF's. Width wise they are a bit more narrow than my unbleached GMD reds but not too much. About half an inch. Probably because my Reds are 13.5 inches wide. These are a favorite for me for naptime in a bikini twist or laid into a Fleece wrap cover.

I would probably get the infant size if I ever needed a smaller size because I love them so much.

Eta my Cottonbabies Indian premiums measure 18.5 inches long. Probably because we use them all the time and they are washed and dried a LOT. I noticed it took them a while to shrink down to that size.

I like them a lot. But I have to trifold them the "wrong way." They are not bulky at all, and pretty soft. I like to trifold them in a Flip cover, and they work great for us.
