Nice job. I will be starting mine once I hit my goal weight ( hopefully that will save me some knitting time. I just cast on my DH's XLT sweater so I'll have to finish that first too. How many short rows did you add?

Well, I don't remember exactly how much it cost. I didn't buy super good HC style yarn. I bought comfy (on sale) yarn. I'll hunt down the price again, cause now I'm curious too.

Awe, thanks! Wow, sounds like you're super busy with some awesome (and time-consuming) knitting!! You'll have to show pics when your projects are done!

My daughter has been begging for a pair! I'm like "Hun, I can't imagine the cost of making some for a 12 year old"

AWE - thank you!! They really are. Even if I made the rise way too big. They are so warm. (I just walked outside to take out the trash, and they still kept me cozy.)

Thanks...they do seem to be.

Yeah, just keep in mind, you don't have to get "good" wool yarn for non-CD'ed people. I mean, if you will only knit with that kind (cause I know some people hate how other yarns feel) then okay - but I knit these with nice (on sale) acrylic yarn.

AWE thanks! I hear ya though. I always thought - one day, I should have me a pair made! These would be perfect maternity pants too. Well, the pair I have...suuuuuuuuuper stretchy, and the rise was (unintentionally) made too big. Hmmm, now I'm thinking!
