We use powder, no issues. On a random note about talc v. cornstarch, I use johnsons powder, which is available in both talc and cornstarch, so you need to actually read the container since it doesn't distinguish in a massively obvious way. Oh, and the mini bottled one that I would love to toss in my diaper bag? Yeah, I can only find those in talcum.

Yes, yes, I know, there are much better brands of everything available than J&J, but I'm cheap, lazy, and it's available locally.

Planning on using Burt's Bees powder after baths (cord is not completely out yet) With cded dd I did too, no issues.

So glad to hear this! I just wanted to double check b/c I know there are so many creams and such that are off-limits. I didnt want to do anything withiut being sure!
