How do you tool then out so thin to make them look normal, we ended up with doughnut shaped pretsals

I had to roll mine real thin, like the size of a pencil. There are pics of mine in the other thread. I just rolled with my hands. Our first ones were thick and doughy.

Roll them out until they are about 1/2 thick and let them rest a few minutes before you from the pretzel. IF you don't wait the Gluten is not relaxed and it will spring back in on itself.
