My daughter puked after every feed for months. She gained weight just fine and never seemed to be in pain. I tandem nursed my two for 6m but even when DS weaned my DD still spit up a lot. It wasn't until she started sitting unassisted well that it got better.

Like others have said...if they are happy and gaining weight...no problem! Two out f my 3 have done it.....one was clearly VERY uncomfortable and it was obvious....ended up with severe reflux for 18 months...

Thanks mamas! I'm just going to keep an eye on it! Pretty sure it is just an annoying laundry issue
