Thanks Ladies, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't being difficult. I am going to shoot them an e-mail in a few and If I haven't heard back by tomorrow afternoon, I'll give them a call.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease! I decided to go ahead and call today and They were kind enough to FULLY refund my shipping! It was a total mistake and it should have been sent UPS. I will do business here in the future
