I finally foud fenugreek in Germany. I have been taking it 48 hours and my milk doubled. I used to only pump 50 total and I am getting 100 per pump and it seems to be still increasing!!! That is almost enough to feed my son a full meal. I am so excited.

We also got him to breastfeed without the sheilds and he was doing really well for awhile, I only pump when he rejects, but we have thrush so he rejects the breast and actually most food at the moment. I am hoping thinsg really improve for us once this thrush is gone now that I have more milk

I hope it stays.

How long do you take the fenugreek? Right now I am taking 2 3 times a day.

Over the past couple months Ive had to increase how much Im taking. I dont know if its my body getting use to it and its not doing the trick anymore of if my son just needs more then what my body is willing to produce on that amount that I have to increase. I started out at 3 3x a day about a month later it went to 4 3x a day and do on. Im now up to 6 3x a day. I also take Domperidone 4 3x a day and more milk special blend pills 2 3x a day. Its been the only way Ive been able to nurse my son as long as we have and Im praying I can make it to a year. Were at almost 6 months now.
