Sakura Bloom, Maya, or something else?

Hi mamas! I am trying to decide on a ring sling for my 4 month old DD. I think I have narrowed it down to the SB and the maya. Which should I choose, or should I pick something else? TIA!!!

If you've used a RS before and KNOW that it's going to be one of your go-to carriers, one thing you might want to look at is having a wrap slingified by Jan at Sleeping Baby Productions. DD's is a Girasol Fresh Grapes and will be hers when she grows up, and I'm currently looking for another one to do the same for DD2 due in June.

If you haven't used a RS before and you decide to go the used route for a Maya, make sure it's a lightly-padded one---the old-style shoulders are much more difficult to use for a new RS user and not always as comfy. My favorites that I have as backups or to lend out are old-style Mayas that have had the shoulder redone by Jan. The loomed fabric is SO comfy!!

They are both great- the Maya wrap is really easy to use if you have never tried a rs before, the sakuras are soooo pretty, I think you would probably be happy with either

Either a Maya lightly padded or anything from Jan @ Sleeping Baby Productions if you haven't used a RS before. Both are really good beginner choices and won't break the bank. Sakura Bloom is awesome, but wouldn't be my first choice for a beginner.

I'm partial, I have 2 Maya wraps! I only use one, but primarily because I love the color more. I love it!!
