My Mood:
reheating frozen enchilladas

I have a (8x10 or so) pan of enchilladas in the freezer. At what temperature and for how long should I bake it to make it edible again?

Re: reheating frozen enchilladas

Are you going to defrost them in the fridge first? If not, probably 45 minutes to an hour at 350... If they are defrosted first, 20 minutes.
