Morning sickness- what's your remedy?

Share your secrets mamas and mamas-to-be, please! I'm 4.5 weeks and already feeling it a little. I had very mild MS with both my previous kiddos, and it only started about 6-8 weeks, so I'm worried!

I never really found one... It did help to try to keep from becoming hungry. Saltines never helped me, but plain cheerios were my go-to food. Peppermint tea is supposed to help as well.

GL!

Lemon-ginger tea is supposed to be helpful too. Sometimes acupuncture can help. I took Zofran and the Unisom/B6 and those helped take the edge off a enough for me to function. There is no great cure

My miracle cure has been Orgain. I have one first thing when I get up. I can quickly get something of substance in my stomach. I don't have the tolerance to eat a meal first thing so being able to drink a meal really helps. The chocolate fudge is the best!!

vitamin B!! I took my prenatal vitamin and an extra vitamin B complex all through pregnancies, and hardly felt sick at all. I think I threw up once, and that was the weekend that DH had a stomach flu. And vitamin B helps prevent colic too

The pink Powerade!! I think it's probably the B vitamins though so any flavor would work but I only like the pink. I sipped it all day with my last pregnancy and it helped a lot. It was also summer so it kept me hydrated.

Unisom and B6 work well. Take it at bedtime though so your not sleepy all day, or more sleepy should I say. Also Sea Bands. I didn't like them though. My doctor talks all the time about ginger. Like ginger ale, cookies, not sure about dosing for supplements though. GL.
