I love listening to audiobooks and podcasts. That is what I do for "me time". I am exhausted by the end of the day, so I do most of my listening during the day either at work or on my commute. In a lot of ways work is my "me time". LOL.

Re: What do you do for "me time"?
I poke around diaperswappers while at work
. I also have begun attending a sewing class that meets for a couple hours once a week for 4 weeks. When my hubby works nights, I watch TV/call my sister/poke around the internet for a few hours after DS goes to bed. Also, I talk to my sis while driving to work and on my way home.-knowing I can have an adult conversation with a female everyday keeps me sane-even if its just for 10 minutes.

Re: What do you do for "me time"?
I go to the library and just look at all the books. I love being able to stand still, focus on a book and see if I may enjoy it rather than having to quickly glance and put it in the bag only to find out I grabbed a "guide to dominatrix" or running after screaming kids

Re: What do you do for "me time"?
I don't even get me time in the shower, as DS showers with me.

Re: What do you do for "me time"?
I go to the gym, go tanning, get my hair done (usually once every two months to touch up my roots), take long baths and watch my favorite tv shows online after DS goes to bed.

Re: What do you do for "me time"?
Sew or some other crafty project. Even if I can only squeeze in 30 min and it doesn't turn out. It's more about the process. Art therapy!

Re: What do you do for "me time"?
I get my hair done every 3 months and my nails done every other week. I have a date night once a month and usually have some tv time by myself after my kids go to bed. A couple times a week my DH will take the kids to daycare so I can have a peaceful ride to work with my cup of joe and music of choice. Thats my favorite me time. Sometimes I wake up early on Sunday and read the paper while everyone is still sleeping. Sometimes I go to the more expensive grocery store just so the kids can play in the play space while I shop in peace. Finding me time is a challenge but much needed.

Re: What do you do for "me time"?
I only have one child who is 7 months old. I like to take walks and workout. I just started to be crafty, I picked up crocheting.

Re: What do you do for "me time"?
OP mama, I'm wondering if you could ask your older kids to baby-sit your younger ones (and treat them later for a job well done) so that you can get some 'me' time? At least once a week or maybe atleast once a month?
DH takes DD out for a full afternoon/evening once a month so that I can get some 'me' time. Otherwise, it's usually after DD falls asleep, *if* I don't fall asleep with her
