Re: ebay ugh

what do I say to them? that a non paying buyer claiming to be having PP acct issues bought stuff after they won my auction and didn't pay? Will they just tell me to file a non paying buyer? I haven't ever sold much on ebay but I'm pretty sure now I hate it.

I don't think CS will do anything other than tell you to file a nonpaying bidder claim, tbh. I would still just put in to cancel b/c it's faster and then they can't leave you FB. It doesn't "punish" them like a nonpaying bidder strike does, but to me that's a useless slap on the wrist anyway as they can just open a new account!

Re: ebay ugh

on ebay, you have to give buyers 4 days to the moment of winning the auction.

Then you can file a nonpayment...which gives buyer another 4 days to pay.

If they haven't paid by then, you can then relist and recoup your original fees.

It stinks!

Re: ebay ugh

you need to file a nonpaying bidder. please.
they can either pay or have a "strike" against them.
a LOT of sellers (like me) block people with 2 or more non paying strikes with a 6 month period. don't let this crummy bidder screw over someone else...non paying means that they wasted your time and money....
I don't sell a lot on ebay but did have to file 2 non paying bidder things before and got paid both times (even though I held my breath thinking they would leave negative FB just because they were annoyed...they didn't).

good luck!
