Cloth diapering at day care?

Unfortunatly my son will be needed day care 3-4 days a week starting this fall while I go to school fulltime. I've been looking around at day cares and always ask about if they are willing to cloth diaper him. Does anyone else do CD at day care? Do you just leave the dipes and a wetbag?
Thanks!
Denise

Re: Cloth diapering at day care?

I bring a fresh set of diapers and a wetbag each day that my toddler is in daycare. I have them use disposable wipes because it's easier for them than cloth. I currently use pockets and AIOs, but when he was an infant I used MEOS and MEAF covers.

I bring either prestuffed pockets or fitteds with longies or shorties, cloth wipes with solution in a bottle and a wetbag. She uses a plastic grocery bag if I for get the wetbag

I send clean pre stuffed pockets and a fresh wetbag. I let her use disposable wipes.

Re: Cloth diapering at day care?

I do cloth diapers. I have a preferance though....

I don't care what diapers they bring. I don't care if they wear a cover. (except nap time)

But, I HATE the wet bags. I like a plastic file box with a handle from rubbermade. It can have a liner, or no liner. But, the file box latches, it is easy to use, and easy to store, and easy to keep away from kids.

I got the idea here from another mama, and I bought one for the parents to use, and I like it so much better. They take it home, and fill it with clean diapers for the next day.

Just to add. . .I work at a childcare center. My boss and I feel so strongly about using CD, we encourage parents to use cloth diapers, even prefolds
