How long should I wait? *Good UPDATE!*

I bought a diaper on Spots Feb 27. Paid that day(PP says completed instant transfer). The listing says ships 1-2 days after cleared payment. I have received nothing and there is no info in pp, like a DC or anything. I have emailed the seller twice, once last week and once today. I have not heard back, but I will wait a few days on the one I sent today. My question is, how long to wait to file? I have filed once, right after I joined and was scammed, along with many others and was just told to file by a mod.

Seller responded immediately to my dispute, saying she rarely looks at the email on her Spots account. Uh, ok, so change it. Anyway, she shipped me my diaper, plus another one of the same thing. They are seriously like brand new! I am happy with the outcome, even if I did have to file on her. She seemed genuinely horrified that she forgot to mail it.

Re: How long should I wait?

It's been 2 weeks, with no response to 2 e-mails, I'd file now. At the very least, it will (should) wake her up enough to start responding to your e-mails and let you know what the heck is going on. Just remember, under NO circumstances, should you close or cancel the claim until your item is in your hands in the state that it was described or you have your refund!

Good Luck Mama!! I hope you haven't been scammed again!

Thanks! That's what I was thinking. It's only $10, but it's the point, ya know? It ticks me off!

Yeah, I agree. Also, whenever I encounter a poky seller, I make sure to include in my follow-up e-mails, "If I don't hear from you by DATE, I will file a claim/post negative feedback, etc." I find that people often respond better when you give them a deadline to contact you by.

Hope everything works out OK.
