Stroller strides
Has anyone else ever done stroller strides?? I just joined! It was so fun and I'm so sore.
Trying to stay in shape during pregnancy!

I did it for a year after my last baby and loved it. You will be sore but sore (not pain) is okay as you get back into shape. Keep moving!

Moms have their jogging stroller and there's a personal trainer instructor and they have you do work outs and running with your stroller and kids! It was so fun and I was soooo sore
