Steam Mop anyone? How about the Crofton (Aldi) mop?

Just wondering what you guys think of steam mopping, if it works well for you compared to other kinds of mops. I really like plain ol' on my hands and knees floor cleaning, but we have so much tile, it's not really practical.

Any reviews for the Crofton mop?

TIA!!

Kay

Just got one and used it yesterday. I have wood floors and two toddler boys. I honestly wash my floor about 2 times a day so I thought it was pretty clean. I used the steamer and the pads were so dirty. I instantly felt the difference in the floor. It actually felt clean and I loved o didn't use any chemicals.y bathroom tiles also felt so clean. I will never go back!

Can they be used on the laminate wood floors too? I have that flooring in most of my house and linoleum(sp) in the bathroom.

Ok, that does it. I'm going to Aldi to pick one up.

And...you wash your floors twice a day? Wow!

Def going to check my Aldis today too.... I know I don't wash my floors anywhere near as much as I should and with 5 kids and a small dog I am sure I should wash mine like 4 times a day lol

We use a steam pocket mop, seems to work very well with two dogs coming in and out often, and a adventurous 9 month old.....

I got the Haan slim and light, it steams at a sanitizing temperatures and it works great on laminate wood floors! Love it!

I have this one and LOVE IT!! Besides the floor it does soo much more - stove, bathroom, windows, etc. Also gets the grout on the tile floors!!!
