Hate to even ask...anyone starting to get nervous about radiation?

I am normally not a panicker but I just realized that since I'm pregnant this little baby is WAY more sensitive to this stuff. Everything I've read is reassuring (as in "this is no Chernobyl) except for this article I just read

that mentions that it could be worse than previously thought.
I guess I'm just looking for reassurance that I don't need to leave for the east coast or anything.

the us military hasn't even issued a mandatory evacuation yet for bases in japan I live only 232 miles from the nuclear site. I would not worry at all about living on another continent

My heart goes out to you. Are you doing anything to protect yourself from any radiation that may come your way (make shift fallout shelter, staying inside, etc)? I can't imagine how stressful it must be to be pregnant and so close to such a scary situation.
