Birth weight vs coming home weight?

DS 9-22-99..E c-section....32w 0d.. 2lbs 12oz came home at 5 weeks 3lbs 14oz
DD 5-17-10..VBAC........... 39w 1d...5lbs 0oz came home next day 4lb 15oz
I know BIG age gap...lol
I have small babies.. trying for #3 since #2 went so well!!

DS1- 34w4d- birth weight 4lbs 15oz- came home 4lbs 13oz - 12 day NICU stay
DD- 34w4d- birth weight 4lbs 7oz- home weight 4lb 0oz- came home day 4 (had c/s) NO NICU!
DS2- 34w6d- birth 5lb 9oz- home weight 5lb 3oz- home after day 3 follow c/s no NICU!
DS3- 34w2d birth- 4lb 13oz home weight 4lb 12oz- home after 10day NICU stay

DD#1 was born at 27.6 weeks and weighed 2pds 4oz at birth. She spent 66 days in NICU and weighed 4pds 15oz when she came home.

DD#2 was born at 37.5 weeks and weighed 6pds 8oz at birth. She weighed 5pds 13oz when she came home. She had latch issues and jaundice which caused her to lose 10% of her body weight.

Hi I'm new! My daughter was delivered at 35 weeks weighing 3lbs 7oz she was in the NICU for 11 days and weighed 3lbs 9oz when she came home

DD was born by emergency c/s at 32 wks 4 days weighing 4lbs even. She spent exactly 3 weeks in the Special Care Nursery (no NICU) and came home weighing 4.5lbs

DS was born by c/s (1 day notice) at 35 wks 5 days weighing 5lbs 1 oz. He came home with me 4 days later weighing 4lbs 12oz.

31 weeks: 4 lbs ... down to 3 lbs 8 oz in 2 days after flushing out the edema. Stayed 6 weeks, came home at 5 lbs 4 oz.

DS2 was born at 37 weeks. 8lbs 5 oz at birth and 8lbs came home.

DS#1 - born at 28 weeks 5 days and was 2lbs 13 oz -- came home at 36weeks and was 4lbs 2 oz.

DD - was born at 37w 3day and was 5lbs 3 oz -- came home 2 days later - no NICU -don't know discharge weight but did get under 5lbs

DS#2 - born at 37 weeks and 3 days and was 5lbs 7 oz and came home the next day - no NICU -- and don't know his discharge wieght but wasn't under 5lbs...

My DS#3 was born at 24 weeks and 1 day. He was 1 lb 6 oz and 12.5 inches long. He was almost 6 months old when he came home weighing 12.5 lbs. He's actually turning out to be my chunkiest baby!

He was 5 lbs, 9 oz when he was born and when we brought him home. Born at 35+6, home at (what would've been) 37+6. 5 lbs, 11 at our most recent appointment
