Need a little help. Best baby skin care products? THANKS MOMMAS!!

What are the best products to use for super dry, sensitive baby skin (bath & lotion)? I've tried a bunch of stuff and nothing seems to help my DD's super dry, sensitive skin.

Anyone else had this problem? What did you end up using on your DC?

A couple winters ago DH had an excema rash and the doctor recommended Cetaphil. Now it's the only lotion I use on my kids and I love it.

I love Burt's Bees for myself but they are highly scented (albeit natural fragrances) - I have heard great things about the California Baby brand and just bought some at Whole Foods Market. They make a Super Sensitive formula that is really pure...
