Shipping to Canada from US

I know mommas ship to the US, and I have had plenty ship to me

Just wondering how you ship, as the diapers shipped to me never have more then 3-4$ postage on them for 4-5-6 diapers, but a momma was wanting to mail me diapers and was quoted over $12, also my packages are coming in those plastic metallic bags? So just curious how you ship, I know tracking info etc are more expensive, so im not including that, thanks mommas!

It is completely based on weight. You can check the price on the USPS.com website to see how much it would be for a given weight from the US to Canada as first class international. I'm guessing it is a very heavy package, for that price it is probably 3 to 3 1/2 lbs (first class international goes up to 4 lbs). If it is over the limit for first class it has to go priority and that quote is too low for priority, so I'm guessing it is just heavy...

In my experience, anything 3 or less pounds really may only be 1-2 dollars different going first class. I did however ship a box of prefolds once to Canada and it was siginificantly more than it would have been here.

You can probably get on usps.com and play around with shipping rates if you know the lady's zip or city.

For a quote of the country you just need the country it is going to, so nice and easy

Love using those features on that site!

To answer your original question, I've always shipped in a box or polymailer via first class.
