question for everybody

I purchased several outfits off of here, and when they were shipped to me one of them were missing. I even have the email communication about which outfits I was purchasing. I only got four instead of five. How do I handle this? I have sent emails with no response as of yet. The bad thing is I have the outfit numbers how they were listed. I didnt copy the photos, and she deleted them, so how do I explain which outfit I am missing? I only have the numbers. Can anybody help me out please? Thanks

How long ago was it since you contacted her? Do you know if she's read your message yet? I would give her a day or two to get back with you and if she doesn't, message a mod. Sorry mama. I hate it when people delete pictures before everybody's satisfied and feedback is left!
