Ebay problem

So I asked a question about on item on Ebay, had it answered by the seller, so I bid on it and won. No one else bid so the item price was the really low amount the seller started it at. I promptly paid and was super excited! The next day my paypal was refunded by the seller with a note saying that the item was packed up and she was unable to get to it at this time. WWYD? Do I leave feedback? I am so annoyed. I really wanted/needed that item and now I have to start looking for a replacement all over again!

If you can leave negative I would. The person is either lying because it sold so low or dumb for auctioning something they can't ship out.

I'm not sure if ebay will let you leave negative feedback..if so, then yes, I definitely would!

That is ridiculous! I would be so mad! I would definitely leave negative feedback if you can. It isn't your fault that she didn't get any other bids on it. And if she really can't get to it to ship it out, that isn't your fault either! Did she post pictures of the item?

Yep, pictures of the item were posted and I asked specific questions about dimensions so she would have had to have them written down or the item on hand to measure.

I had this happen once to me. I id on a local pick up stroller. The starting bid was .99 and I was the only one that bid. I offered to give the guy more because he paid more in gas to meet but instead he yelled at me the whole time for while he was getting it out of the car trunk. I didnt know what to say. I handed him the $1.00 and off I went with my new Graco stroller. My husband asked if i asked for my PENNY back!!!!!

WTH? Maybe HE should have put a higher starting bid and then he would have gotten more than $1 for it. Jerk.

This has happened to me several times on eBay - people get mad because the winning bid was lower than they hoped, so they back out of sale with some half-baked excuse. I left negative feedback every single time, and now I won't even bother with eBay. Other bidders should know what kind of person they are dealing with.
