Re: 34 weeks & looking for Bible Name Ideas
well, Esther is my pastor's wife, and our pastor is Joel. My brother is Joel, and I wanted to use Joel as a middle name with our last baby, but decided against it b/c I didn't want anyone thinking I named the baby after our pastor. Yes, I guess I 'm weird. lol. If I decide to NOT do a bible name, I LOVE Spenser for a girl. and I personally do not like Spencer for a boy. My other brother is named Jonathan, which I think is great, but can't use it.
someone mentioned Ezekiel, and I absolutely LOVE that name, and have been seriously considering Ezekiel Matthew. <3Oh, did I mention that my husband is absolutely NO help with this process? He comes up with lots of bible names, but only JOKINGLY, and at the same time vetoes basically everything I suggest. not cool. My last baby was a CS, so I spent 4/5 days in the hospital trying to find a name dH would agree to. this time I am hoping/praying for a VBA2C, so I won't have that sort of time to play with. THANKS again Mamas! keep the ideas coming.

Re: 34 weeks & looking for Bible Name Ideas
My son's name is Simeon, and we also really like Gideon (would pick this for this next baby, but thought it was strange that our boys' names would rhyme, lol).

A friend of mine loved Malachi, but wanted a Hawaiian name, so she used Malakai. I really like that one!

Re: 34 weeks & looking for Bible Name Ideas
thanks for all of these suggestions! I suppose it's time to start writing them down! I love the name Saul, to the mama who's hubby is Saul. I think it's very cool (and i love Paul's transformation into Saul, though King Saul from the OT was not a good guy!). Unfortunately, my BFF from high school named her son Saul. I've been considering Jeremiah, Josiah, and Esau. I AM SO EXCITED! and at this point I'm kinda stuck on using Ezra Elizabeth for a girl. any opinions on that? is Ezra too weird for a girl? I have a girl Noah, but there IS a girl Noah in the bible, as I said earlier.
