What to do with a frozen hog head???

It's taking up so much room in my freezer and I have no idea what to make with it. Any ideas?

LOL! Well it's wrapped up pretty good in our deep freezer. I'm about to throw it out because I have no idea what to do with it.

I vote for throwing it out! Does the head still have brain tissue? Is there some sort of mad hog disease through that? j/k, though in my book, brain tissue does not equal food.

Yup, no heads of any sort allowed in my freezer.

Is it a wild hog head or commercial hog head? Just wondering. Anywhoo, I found these recipes but they don't call for head. Still looking...

I assume you've ruled out head cheese. If not here's a recipe: http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,1626,...250192,00.html

Re: What to do with a frozen hog head???

LOL! You ladies are funny. I have a friend who has a farm and raises pigs. It's free range or wild...whatever you call it. She gave it to me and told me to make head cheese with it. GROSS! I have ruled that out. I guess I'll wait till trash day and throw it out. I don't want it sitting in my garbage roasting away in the 90 degree heat!

I'm actually thinking about playing a trick on my husband with it. LMBO! It's just too funny to not have fun with!
