I did have to loosen the waist and scooch (like my new word ) him down so that he was at breast level...then I took the shoulder strap on the side he was nursing on off my shoulder a bit!

Just tried today with my 4 wk old in a ssc: infantino wrap and tie. It worked well enough to get her to sleep but I had to relatch her several times. All I had to do to get her in position was to scoot the carrier to the side a bit, didn't take a stap off. This will take some practice for a serious feed though.

What about a wrap or moby?? I think that would be easiest with the age/size of your baby and not wanting his head covered.
