Thank you all for your kind words and not flaming me/us for being so irresponsible, I am swallowing my pride sharing our mistake but need advice and assurance. Mostly support from all of you DS moms. I wish I had friends IRL that would be so sweet and caring rather than so judgmental.
This fear and past history literally eats me alive and I know I should get counseling to heal, just not ready to re-live the experience that much in detail.
I'm sorry for the confusion in my reply! What I meant was yes, you may have o'd based on cm alone, BUT if he wore a condom/pulled out/withdrew before the finale so to speak, the chances of pregnancy are less than if nothing was done.

And I'm unfamiliar with your history, but it sounds like you need/want help and I think that's a big step if you've accepted there is a problem

wish I knew what to say. It does sound like fertile egg white cervical mucous but even DTD right on fertile days doesn't guarantee pregnancy. We tried a few cycles of perfectly timed DTD before we conceived. So you might've missed the egg, even if you were fertile.

Thank you everyone I have decided that on the 19th I will take a pregnancy test and see what happens. I know things happen for reasons and no matter what you would like/want there may be others plans in store and I am fine with that. I just pray that if I am, it will be a healthy happy pregnancy for us. If not, I know now that I really need to keep track of my cycles and start charting again just in case we DTD more than a couple of times every few months
I will keep you all updated

Well I can only answer from my own personal experience. I tend to have very little ewcm most of the time. It's only there for like 24 hrs. And when it's there, I'm going to ovulate within that 24 hr window. I have sharp pains that normally follow about 12 hrs after I see the first signs of ewcm. IME if you saw the ewcm for the very first time on saturday, you probably O'd the next day.

That's why I'm worried. I had really bad lower back pains saturday for most of the day which is usually my sign of O. Then with the EWCM I had in the afternoon and then having DTD sunday morning (4am) it was probably the worst time to do anything.

I don't know what to tell you mama, but and also - yes, there are things that make men "dive in", if you know what I mean. Here is the link to this really good blog post about it..
