I was wondering how many WAHM's actually get a patent for their ideas? If you did get a patent, what problems have you run into getting your idea it's momentum?
I am launching my business on Thursday May 26th, 2011, which is essentially a place to showcase ideas in order to get feedback. I am positioning it as your idea's playground; a place to give your idea a voice. www.linkingventures.com What do you think?

I think I'd be leary to share ideas for fear of having them stolen. It happens often enough here and similarly and you'll find most WAHMs that are very protective of their ideas.
Good luck though

Re: Do you hold a patent?
I agree, and thank you for your feedback. There is a fine line between wanting to promote your idea and the fear of having someone steal it. Even though patents can be expensive, it's worthwhile to protect a good idea. My new business asks for patent or patent-pending ideas to add a layer of protection in for users.
