Diaper Swappers

This might be a little dumb but I really have no idea what this could be. My DS has been sick vomiting and diarrhea since Friday. We've been to the er 3 times and was told its a virus. So today I've noticed what looks like a little bit of diarrhea but its all the way in the front were he's peeing. It's not luquidy its more powdery. It smelled like urine. No pop smell. Any ideas? I Google with no luck.

I would guess uric acid crystals from having been dehydrated

I think that's what it is. Is this something he should be seen for?

It's from being dehydrated, so I would up his fluid intake and it should be fine
