Lucky for me DD only does it when she's playing by herself. I could see it being annoying if it were all the time, but I think it's pretty cute.

Yep, we've had that. We've also had something like "opera" I guess. She sang everything she was doing anyway. Not her conversations with us, but all her thoughts to herself.

I would think it was cute then, too - but not when it's about everything! Instead of saying "I put my dishes in the sink" he says "Look! Jamie is putting his things in the sink! {crash} Jamie did it! {car noises} Jamie is running! {crash} Jamie is jumping off the stairs!" It's like watching the opening scene to the movie "Up" where the narrator is talking.
