Yep, free for priority if you ship online. And the actual postage is a little less too.

Yes its still how it works, when I have a larger package I take it with me to run errands and swing by the PO for an official weigh in and when I get home I go right to the computer and print a shipping label asap. I know its not convenient for all but that way I save the most money and the PO is on my way home from any trip in town.
