Now what? How long before I can try charting or anything? I haven't had a real period since before dd & before that (& when I got pregnant) I was on the pill.

I'd probably wait until you get your first period and then you can start temping/charting, but you could probably start temping right away to get in the habit. TCOYF recommends that you chart 3 full cycles before you attempt to use it for birth control, which is a good idea to get used to your pattern if you've never used it before.
