Cloth diapers that look like underwear

I have a friend whose son has Spina bifida and occasionally needs some extra absorbency. He's almost 6 and old enough to want to fit in. She is looking for something that looks like underwear (has the boxer/underwear band) but act as a diaper or could even be stuffed/unstuffed and used as either.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks so much mamas!!

Something like this maybe...

What about 'Ditto Daddy' trainers?

She could use trainers (what children who are potty learning use) and use an extra inserts? My daughter has spina bifida but isn't old enough to worry about it yet (fitting in) but I'm planning on sewing her some bigger sized cloth diapers (I found a pattern awhile back that can be made up to an adult size) and just make them like girls underwear.

There is not a lot on market for that size. I had a lady ask me to sew 20 custom pull ups for her son. It is hard to get a lot of absorbency without it looking like a diaper though.

Have them look on my blog! I blogged about madi's "underwear" and she has spina bifida too, so I can answer any questions they have about that . They can e-mail me at jamie _ lugo @ hotmail . com without the spaces . Here's a link to my post: http://www.missmadisjourney.com/2010...underwear.html

Look up Super Undies or No Babies Allowed. Cute and practical. Super Undies makes a version that can be extra stuffed, No Babies Allowed doesn't.

Re: Cloth diapers that look like underwear

Check out Tinkle Time Trainers by Ladder Hill Designs. They come in much bigger sizes. Hope helped me custom fit some to my DD and they do not look like diapers at all. She has lots of different styles. She has a hyenacart store. We have tried Trimsies trainers, Super Undies, Snap-EZ, and none of them compared to the TTT.
