Agree with the bolded. It only works if your body is ready anyway, and it'll work within 48 hours.

I had it done with DS3, wasn't very painful, and had him 2 days later 5 days before my due date. With DS4, I had it done 40w3d and had him 8 hours later. That time it was much more intense.

If it probably only works if your body is ready anyway, then I am assuming you can't know for sure that you would have gone into labor the next few days anyway. Just a thought. I have never heard that this was that reliable but I can understand wanting to try anything at a certain point. Good luck OP!

So far I am feeling nothing but a little cramping. Its hard seeing several friends whom were due after me now holding their little babies. I know hes not going to stay in there forever but some day it seems like it!.

I had it done at 37+1 with this one. Didn't work for me. I did have labor all that day until 4am when it quit.
