CD on a cruise?

We're going on a trip:
- stay a few days at my parents
- flying to port city
- stay in hotel in port city 3 days
- cruise for a week
- fly back
- stay at inlaws or my parents 1-2 nights

I love my CDs and usually don't mind the inconvenience when I travel, but this one is pressing my limits. Should I CD? Suggestions are very welcome...

I cd when traveling but draw the line on cruises. We have taken ds on 2 so far and lack of space, expensive self washing machines ($3 to wash $3 to dry one load on carnival). I just didn't bother. But if you decide to do it please share your experience! I am interested to see if others have.

I wouldn't. We just went on a little vacation, nothing quite that big. It was hard enough to keep track of everything, having enough packing space, ect. We used sposies because I didn't want to worry about it. I say just use sposies and it will mean one less thing for you to worry about. If you have not used sposies before I recommend getting some before hand to make sure they fit good and work good for you.

Wow that's expensive! How big are the machines?

I dont know, after seeing the cost we opted to wait until after the cruise to do laundry, but they didn't look any bigger than a dorm/apt set...

LOL good point. We've used some in the past when my mom got them for us over Christmas and when we flew to AZ, but it has been a long time!

I CDd on a cruise. We are headed out for a picninc but I will tell you what I did as soon as we get back!

We cruise often and it's the only trip that we don't use cloth on. The laundry facilities are so isolated and expensive that it just wasn't worth it to me. Any other traveling it do I will gladly bring cloth but not on a cruise. I like to sit out on deck and enjoy the sunshine without having to worry about laundry.

Nope. I am a cloth all the time girl, and even I would grab some 7th generation (my friend uses these and cloth) and call it good. Have a great time! Sounds like a blast!
