The Neonate is supposed to be a really good one. It turned out that my ds had such a severe dairy sensitivity that he reacted to the very small amount of dairy in it. By the time I used it, I think it had lost most of it's potency. I have read nothing but good about it though. I would buy it again just based on what I have read if I wasn't worried about dairy issues. Hope it works better for your little one!!
