Re: For those who fsot.....
I always sanitize used dipes in some way. You never know what could be in them (yeast, bacteria, etc)

Re: For those who fsot.....
I soak my diapers overnight in hot with my detergent when I buy them off here. Then in the AM I do 2 hot washes and another cold rinse. Usually in the AM you can see suds in the first and second wash coming from the soap that is still stuck in the diaper. (My detergent doesn't give off suds)
So I suppose it's semi-stripping them?

Lolz, I guess I'm in the minority too
If they smell and look recently washed, I don't wash. Neither of my kids had skin issues. For a pp who doesnt wash straight from factory dipes, well, those I *always* wash! There can be a host of other germs in there, factory oils, dust from storage, people handling the packaging, maybe more. FSOT coming from moms otoh, I know have been washed with just as much diligence as I wash dipes for my own kids. So why wouldn't I trust them? Only times I will wash a FSOT diaper: if they are obviously dingy, old smelling (like they came out of storage) or if they came from a pet friendly home (I have dander allergies).
